How to use the Password Generator

The Password Generator creates strong random passwords in your browser while you adjust the rules. You can choose a preset, set length and count, include lowercase, uppercase, numbers, and symbols, exclude confusing characters, and require minimum counts by character type. After generating candidates, compare strength, entropy, and rule checks, then copy the password you want to use.

Notes

Notes

Important points are grouped with reasons so you can make decisions before using the tool.

Check

Match the character rules required by the service

Some services require symbols or numbers, while others reject certain symbols. Check the preset and character groups before generating passwords.

Check

Use enough length and avoid reuse

Reusing one password across services makes one leak affect other accounts. Generate a fresh password for each service.

Check

Store the generated password safely

Passwords are generated in the browser, but this page is not a storage location. After copying, save the password in a password manager or another safe place.
